Madrid’s Hopes Rises for Mbappé Transfer This Summer

Real Madrid remain hopeful of sealing a deal to bring Kylian Mbappé to the Bernabeu this summer, despite being cautious during negotiations. As one of the most sought-after footballers in the world, Los Blancos are eager to secure his signature.

Mbappé has been linked with Madrid for several years now; however, there was a dramatic U-turn last summer when he agreed a new contract with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) just as he seemed on the verge of moving to Madrid. This time around, sources have told that Madrid remain cautious but also hopeful of finally landing the 24-year old French forward.

Mbappé is known for his lightning speed and clinical finishing, having already scored over 100 goals in Ligue 1 for PSG since joining them from AS Monaco in 2017. He stands out due to his quick decision making ability and impressive technical skills that make him an unmissable presence on the pitch. Furthermore, he is no stranger to individual and collective success having secured two Ligue 1 titles and four domestic cups in France as well as playing a key role in France’s 2018 World Cup victory.

At only 24 years old, Mbappé already ranks among Europe’s elite players and his potential is practically limitless given how much he still needs to develop as a footballer. His arrival at Real Madrid could be what they need to return to dominating European football once again. It remains unclear what statements may be made by either club regarding an imminent transfer but Madrid seem prepared to pounce at any chance where Mbappé could become available for them to sign.

In spite of all these rumours though, nothing is set in stone yet and only time will tell if Mbappé ends up joining Madrid or if he extends his stay at PSG even further than expected. Until then however, fans can certainly expect plenty more speculation regarding this situation between now and then as we edge closer towards another exciting summer transfer window full of twists and turns ahead!
